MISSION STATEMENT
The American Association of University Women promotes equity for all women and girls, lifelong education, and positive societal change.

AAUW Educational Foundation (EF) provides funds to advance education, research, and self-development for women and to foster equity and positive societal change.

AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund (LAF) provides funding and a support system for women seeking judicial redress for sex discrimination.

PURPOSE
The purpose of this branch shall be to unite the graduates of accredited colleges and universities for practical educational work, to concentrate and increase their effectiveness in the community for the solution of social and civic problems, to participate in the development and promotion of the policies and programs of the AAUW, to contribute to its growth and advancement, and to cooperate in its state division and regional work.
